<LORDlKittellWork> I had a user tell me that she couldn't see anything on her PC. I had her verify for me that it was plugged in and that it was turned on. When it still didn't display anything I went to her office to take a look.
<LORDlKittellWork> She didn't have a computer. She had a monitor only.
